Philadelphia, PA (May 28, 2023) – Around 2 a.m. on Sunday, May 28, a dirt bike accident with serious injuries took place on a major roadway in Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia Police, the accident happened on Ben Franklin Parkway near the area of North 17th Street.
