Children are some of the most susceptible parties involved in pedestrian accidents each year. This is due to the fact that children are less likely to notice dangerous conditions on our roadways, which means that their lives could be at risk around motor vehicles. Losing a loved one in a pedestrian accident might be one of the most challenging things that a parent or other loved one can face. It is important that victims speak with a skilled wrongful death attorney immediately.
