Pennsylvania man killedYesterday, there was a Pennsylvania man killed in an accident after fleeing from another accident. The accident that took his life occurred only minutes after the one that he fled from. Though the man’s name was not yet released, the man was a 49-year-old Pennsylvania resident driving a 2001 Mercedes M-Class on Naamans Road. At the first accident, he rear-ended a 2014 Honda Accord and got out of his vehicle, appearing agitated before he got back into his vehicle and drove away. In the second accident, he ran head-on into a 2001 Ford F-350 with 3 occupants. The man was not wearing a seatbelt at the scene of the accident, so he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A few people in the accident refused medical treatment, while others were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

A Closer Look at These Accidents

This specific accident was a good look at what could happen when somebody is driving negligent, without disregard of others, and the many lives that could be affected because of it. For instance, not only did this accident involve a hit and run, but it also ended in a fatality. Luckily, no other drivers ended up with severe injuries. But what would happen if somebody had been severely injured due to the recklessness of another party?
