Single-vehicle accidents do not happen as commonly as other accidents on our roads but, when they do, they tend to lead to some of the most catastrophic harm. Drivers who cause these accidents could be held liable for the fatalities of passengers who shared the vehicles with them. Lives are taken every day in Pennsylvania accidents and leave families in a challenging emotional and financial state. Because of this, victims are urged to speak with a skilled wrongful death attorney in Pennsylvania about their car accident claims.
