In 2016, an average of 350 vehicle accidents happened every day in Pennsylvania. The most common cause of almost every vehicle accident is negligent driving, which can be avoided. Drivers don’t have to use their cell phone while they drive, nor do they have to drive after they consume alcohol. If drivers are feeling fatigued on the road, they could pull over to get rest. Every negligent act is a choice that puts millions of people at risk every day.
Once the police figure out what caused this accident, there’s a possibility that personal injury lawsuits will be filed. We wish both drivers a fast recovery as we understand how difficult suffering injuries can be.
