Nockamixon Twp., PA – Tjerk J. Post Loses Life in Route 611 Crash near Center Hill Rd

Nockamixon Twp., PA (October 10, 2023) – A fatal accident reported in Nockamixon Township claimed the life of a 55-year-old man from Montgomery County.

According to reports provided by the Pennsylvania State Police, at around 2:00 p.m. on October 7, 55-year-old Tjerk J. Post of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, was driving a 2021 Kia northbound on Route 611.

At the same time, 28-year-old Kyle Jesiolowski of Ottsville, Pennsylvania, was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck southbound on the roadway.

As the vehicles proceeded through the area near Center Hill Road, the Dodge crossed over the yellow line and struck the Kia.

Post was severely hurt in the crash. He was transported by ambulance to Grandview Hospital for emergency care. Authorities confirmed that he passed away after arriving.

Jesiolowski was injured in the accident and transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for emergency care. A passenger in the pickup truck was also transported to the hospital for treatment.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating the incident.
