New Kensington, PA – Adam Garvin Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on PA-366Pa Accident News
New Kensington, PA (August 29, 2021) – Around 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, August 28, a man was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash in New Kensington.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of PA-366 and Westmoreland Avenue. A motorcyclist was traveling in the area when his motorcycle was struck by a Ford Fusion. The driver of the Ford was allegedly pulling out of an access road and did not see the motorcyclist until it was too late.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. The motorcyclist, identified as 20-year-old Adam Garvin of Plum, was pronounced dead at the scene. Nobody else was injured in the accident.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
