New Castle, PA – Man Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Maitland LnLaw Pa
New Castle, PA (July 4, 2020) – Around 3:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, July 3, a man was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash in New Castle.
The accident occurred when a woman driving a Nissan west on Maitland Lane struck a motorcyclist and caused a serious accident between the two vehicles.
An 11-year-old female passenger inside the Nissan was trapped and had to be extricated by fire crews. She was then flown to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment of her injuries.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Police continue their investigation into the accident.
