Narvon, PA – Andrew Stoltzfus Killed in Fatal Crash on Division Hwy

Narvon, PA (July 9, 2021) – At 2:46 a.m. on Monday morning, a fatal accident took the life of a young man in Narvon. The man has since been identified by police.

According to officials, the accident happened at 5700 Division Highway. At the time, 18-year-old Phillip Sullivan was driving a Lexus sedan and traveling eastbound. He suddenly struck a horse and cart being driven by 18-year-old Andrew Stoltzfus. Sullivan then fled the scene of the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene. Stoltzfus was rushed to the hospital but passed away from his injuries this week. His horse died at the scene of the crash.

Sullivan was later found by police and was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
