Motor Vehicle Accident
One major cause for drivers to lose control of their vehicles is bad road conditions. If investigators discover that road conditions were bad, Mount’s family could file a personal injury lawsuit. Because this was a fatal accident, Mount’s family has a right to be compensated for medical and funeral expenses. Although there is no price to compensate for the loss of a loved one, being compensated for funeral expenses could relieve any potential financial distress. Depending on the circumstances, Mount’s family could also file a wrongful death lawsuit. The family could potentially be compensated for loss of companionship, care or protection.
