Lebanon, PA (April 25, 2019) – Last night, Pennsylvania State Police were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident that took place on Route 22 and took the life of a woman.
The woman, according to police, has since been identified as 55-year-old Huanzhen Ma. The driver of a 2001 Chevy was driving east of Blue Mountain Road while Ma was crossing the roadway in the left lane.
The driver attempted to brake but was not able to stop themselves from hitting Ma. She was struck and landed on the right side of the road. Emergency responders attempted to revive her, but Ma was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter.
