Lancaster, PA – Three Injured in Bus Crash at E Walnut St & Pleasure RdPa Accident News
Lancaster, PA (April 25, 2022) – Three people sustained injuries in a serious bus crash that took place at an intersection in Lancaster on Monday morning, April 25.
According to Lancaster officials, the accident happened around 8 a.m. at the intersection of East Walnut Street and Pleasure Road. Three vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles forcefully collided. Two passenger vehicles sustained front-end damage and a school bus rolled onto its side. The vehicles all sustained severe damages as a result of the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. A total of three victims sustained injuries in the collision but none of them were children. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the collision, the intersection was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
