Lancaster, PA – One Killed in Fatal House Fire on Beaver StLawPaWriter
Lancaster, PA (December 26, 2020) – Around 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, December 26, one person was killed in a fatal house fire in Lancaster.
Fire crews were immediately called to the scene at 500 Beaver Street. While there, they discovered that heavy fire was shooting out of every floor of a Lancaster rowhome. Fire crews were not able to get in at first due to the severity of the fire.
When fire crews were able to fight through the flames in an aggressive attack, they found one person in the attic of the home. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The area was blocked until fire crews were able to get the fire under control.
The investigation into the circumstances of the fire continues.
