Kirkwood, PA – Fatal Three-Vehicle Crash at Noble Rd & St Rd Intersection

Kirkwood, PA (April 29, 2022) – Around 4 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, April 28, a fatal three-vehicle crash took place at an intersection in Kirkwood.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Noble Road and Street Road. Three vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result of the collision.

Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One person, who has not yet been identified, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to traumatic injuries. Multiple victims also sustained injuries and were hospitalized.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.

No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
