Motorist Killed in Head-On Collision in East Caln Township
East Caln Township, Pennsylvania (September 28, 2017) – 23-year-old Keith Allan, of Coatesville, was killed in a wrong-way accident on Route 30 Bypass in East Caln Township on Wednesday night.
According to a local news source, the two-vehicle accident occurred at about 11 p.m. September 27, on the Route 30 Bypass.
Authorities at the scene say that Allan was driving his car westbound in the eastbound lanes when he collided with a big-rig.
The impact of the collision caused Allan to be ejected from his vehicle.
Authorities confirmed that no other person was injured in the head-on collision.
The crash resulted in a major shutdown of the road as the police carried out an investigation.
