Hunker, PA (January 16, 2021) – Around 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening, January 15, a two-vehicle collision occurred on a highway in Hunker.
According to police, the accident took place on I-70 around the area of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The accident allegedly involved two vehicles, which collided due to unknown reasons in the eastbound lanes of traffic.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the collision to assist those in need. Two people, who have not yet been identified, were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area until 8 p.m.
