A devastating motor vehicle accident in Pittsburgh last night left one man dead while injuring a woman and 3 children. The crash occurred on the 10th Street bypass between the Andy Warhol and Roberto Clemente Bridges. The multi-vehicle accident happened just before 5:00 p.m. last night, and all people involved were taken to the hospital.
According to authorities, the driver of an SUV lost control of the vehicle, smashing into a concrete barrier. The SUV then flipped over and collided with another vehicle that was being operated by 61-year-old resident of Crescent, Michael Markilinski. Unable to avoid the collision, a third vehicle also collided into the wreck. Unfortunately, Markilinski was pronounced dead at the hospital not long after his admittance. Although serious, no catastrophic injuries have been disclosed as one woman and three children are currently listed in stable condition.
