Pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable individuals on our roads in the state of Pennsylvania. This is due to the fact that, in the event of an accident involving a vehicle, pedestrians have no protection from harm making them more likely to become critically injured or even killed in the event of a pedestrian accident.
