Greensburg, PA – Two People Injured in Serious Car Crash on Rte 30Law Pa
Greensburg, PA (August 24, 2020) – Around 6:30 a.m. this morning, two people were injured in a car crash in Greensburg.
Police confirmed that the collision happened in the westbound lanes of Route 30 around the area of Georges Station Road. Three vehicles collided with one another for reasons that are not fully known at this time. The vehicles were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the collision. Two people were taken to the hospital by ambulances. Their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, all lanes of Route 30 were blocked in the area of the intersection until police cleared the scene. Police had the accident cleared just after 8 a.m.
No further details have been provided but the investigation continues.
