Truck Accidents in Pennsylvania
Tractor-trailer accidents can typically be prevented but continue to take place every day in Pennsylvania. In fact, Pennsylvania sees more truck accidents than many other states in the U.S. each year. In just one recent year, over 119,000 people were seriously injured in truck accidents caused by others. Though truck drivers are supposed to endure months to years of training before they are fully released onto the roads, some drivers are not prepared for the roads, and trucking companies sometimes make negligent hiring decisions. If you have sustained harm in a truck accident and you believe that one or more parties are to blame, it is crucial that you speak with an attorney that you can trust.
Any form of carelessness is able to lead to a severe and life-threatening truck collision. The unfortunate part is that we aren’t always prepared to face these complex accidents on our own. There are many laws that can come into play when it comes to a truck accident. On top of this, there are many parties who could be to blame for a truck collision, such as the following:
- Truck drivers
- Trucking companies
- Manufacturers who produce truck parts
- Cargo loaders
