Erie, PA – One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on W 12th StLawPaWriter
Erie, PA (January 13, 2021) – Around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday night, January 12, a multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred in Erie.
According to officials, the accident took place at 4000 West 12th Street when two vehicles collided with one another. The two vehicles were identified as a van and a passenger vehicle driven by 36-year-old Kevin Person.
When the two vehicles collided, a 15-year-old boy was ejected from the van. The teen was airlifted to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. His current condition is not yet known.
The roadway was closed in both directions for a period of time as police cleared the roadway.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was arrested at the scene on several charges. Police continue their investigation into the collision.
