Eighty Four, PA – Head-on Truck Accident at GA-136 & Brownlee RdLawPaWriter
Eighty Four, PA (January 6, 2021) – Around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, January 5, a head-on truck accident took place in Eighty Four.
According to local officials, the accident took place at the intersection of PA-136 and Brownlee Road. A dump truck crashed head-on with a box truck for reasons that are not yet known, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the collision. One person, who has not yet been identified, was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for some time and hazmat crews arrived at the scene.
