Pedestrian Accidents in Pennsylvania
Pedestrian accidents are known for being some of the most catastrophic accidents on our roads in Pennsylvania. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. In 2020, it was reported that 145 pedestrians were killed in accidents throughout Pennsylvania and many others sustained serious injuries. Though drivers are supposed to always be on the lookout for others so that pedestrian accidents can be prevented, this does not always happen. If you have been hurt in a pedestrian accident and believe that another party is to blame, you should be prepared to speak with an attorney as soon as possible.
