Coopersburg, PA – Eryk Sanchinelli Killed in Fatal Crash on Rte 309LawPaWriter
Coopersburg, PA (December 29, 2020) – Around 10 p.m. on Monday night, December 29, a man was killed in a fatal crash involving a tractor-trailer in Coopersburg.
According to police, the accident took place when an SUV and a tractor-trailer collided with one another on Route 309 in Bucks County. The crash happened for reasons that are not yet known near the 309 Truck Stop. Police confirmed that the SUV sustained heavy damage as a result of the accident.
Several EMS crews and fire crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident. They discovered 61-year-old Eryk Sanchinelli dead at the scene. It is believed that he was the driver of the SUV.
The roadway was blocked in multiple lanes of traffic for an extended period of time.
Pennsylvania State Police continues its investigation into the accident.
