Clarks Mills, PA – Linda Peterson Killed in Truck Crash on Perry HwyLawPaWriter
Clarks Mills, PA (January 26, 2021) – At 6 a.m. on the morning of Monday, January 25, a woman was killed in a fatal truck crash in Clarks Mills.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the accident took place on Perry Highway around the area of the Fredonia Road and Ohle Road intersection. At the time, 58-year-old Linda Peterson was headed eastbound and approaching the intersection when her vehicle was struck on its left side by a Mack truck.
The accident was so forceful that the Dodge Caliber Peterson was driving went off the side of the road, where it struck a guardrail. Peterson was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the truck, identified as a 55-year-old man from Vandergrift, was not injured in the collision. He remained at the scene.
No further details have been released. The investigation remains ongoing.
