Chester, PA (June 10, 2021) – At 2 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, June 10, a multi-vehicle collision occurred on a Chester highway.
According to Philadelphia officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Kerlin Street and Exit 7. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
