Canonsburg, PA – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision on US-19Pa Accident News
Canonsburg, PA (March 11, 2022) – Two people were injured in a collision that took place on a major roadway in Canonsburg on Thursday morning, March 10.
According to the Peters Township Police Department, the accident happened on Northbound Washington Road, or US-19 in front of the local McDonald’s at 11:30 a.m. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles sustained extensive damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Two people in the involved vehicles were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
