Brady Twp, PA – Lois Johnson Killed in Fatal Accident on Oklahoma Salem Rd
Brady Township, PA (July 24, 2022) – A woman was killed in a fatal car accident that took place on a roadway in Brady Township on Thursday, July 21.
According to local officials, the accident happened around 2:42 p.m. at 935 Oklahoma Salem Road. A man was driving in a vehicle headed south when his vehicle entered the other lane of traffic, striking another vehicle head-on. Both of the vehicles came to a stop and were badly damaged as a result.
Several emergency responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. A front-seat passenger inside one of the vehicles was rushed to a local hospital and was tragically pronounced deceased while there. She has since been identified as Lois Johnson. Both of the drivers of the involved vehicles were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for an extended period of time.
