Bird in Hand, PA – Nine Injured in Three-Vehicle Collision on Old Philadelphia Pke
Bird in Hand, PA (August 16, 2023) – Several people sustained injuries in a three-vehicle collision that took place in Bird in Hand on Wednesday afternoon, August 16.
According to local officials, the accident happened at 1:10 p.m. at 3000 Old Philadelphia Pike. Police confirmed that a vehicle was making a turn in the area when it was suddenly rear-ended by a second vehicle. This caused the first vehicle to end up in the other lane of traffic, where it collided with an SUV that was traveling in the opposite direction. The SUV overturned onto its side. All of the involved vehicles sustained extensive damage due to the accident.
