Belle Vernon, PA (May 15, 2020) – A serious car accident took place last night, May 14, that closed down a portion of a major highway in Belle Vernon.
The accident, according to police, involved at least two vehicles and left at least one person trapped in a vehicle. A total of two people were injured due to the accident and hospitalized as a result.
The collision was so severe that it closed down that part of the road at 9:20 p.m. and was not reopened until approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning.
No further details have been provided but the investigation into the collision is currently ongoing.
