Posted on March 17, 2018 Today, a 56-year-old man named Keith Krammes was killed in an accident when a stolen minivan collided with his vehicle in the early morning. The occupants of the stolen vehicle included Vincent Bynum and Carlos Rosario, both in their 30s. The two men, both from Allentown, were charged with receiving stolen property.
