Airville, PA – Michael Brendel Killed in Fatal Vehicle Collision on PA-74Law Pa
Airville, PA (June 24, 2020) – On Tuesday morning, June 23, a fatal multi-vehicle collision involving two vehicles and a tractor-trailer took place in Airville.
According to police, the accident took place at 4000 PA-74 (Delta Road) when a van crossed the center line for unknown reasons, colliding with a tractor-trailer and an SUV before it went off the side of the road.
The victim has since been identified as 62-year-old Michael Brendel of Mount Wolf, who was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
It is not known if any other parties were harmed in the accident. State Police were at the scene for several hours.
No further details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
